They are two component systems which, once mixed in their appropriate proportions, vulcanize at room temperature forming a stable and not reversible compound with high mechanical properties.

Silicone rubbers:

We have mainly three ranges of silicone rubbers:
- high tear resistance-reticulable by poly-condensation (suitable for artistic candles and art works)
- low tear resistance- reticulation with the poly-condensation process (suitable for making moulds for footwear)
- high tear resistance, reticulation at room temperature with the poly-addition process, characterized by no linear shrinkage (suitable for Prototypes and resin, plaster or cement objects)

RTV2 silicone rubbers are suitable for making flexible moulds and matrices to reproduce, starting from an original model, hand-made articles of any kind and form.
